That may seem like a rather mystical way of looking at it, but the fact is that the business will only be as successful as the leader is capable of making it. The trajectory of the growth of the leader and the continued success of his or her business are on parallel paths.
Parallel Path Coaching was created to help entrepreneurial CEOs grow as leaders, achieve more success, and make a positive difference in their business, their community, and the world.
Unlike most coaches, I have been a CEO. I have owned, successfully operated, and sold a business.
I have worked with hundreds of executives, CEO’s, and business leaders of companies of all sizes and across industries. As a Group Chairman for Vistage International, I was ranked as one of the top Vistage Chairs worldwide, earned numerous Vistage excellence awards, and achieved Master Chair status.
I facilitate and coach in some of the nation’s pre-eminent leadership development programs, including an executive program developed by Stanford University and Vistage International, and in Seattle University’s Center for Leadership Formation.
I have a B.A. from the University of Washington as well as a MA in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University.
